When and where does the class hold?

Is this a video class or a chat group?

Do I need to speak Chinese?
No. Many Chinese universities teach in English, and we cover how to find English-taught programs in the class.
I only have WAEC or OND. Can I still get a scholarship?

Do I need excellent grades?
